Appointments	Appointments can be made by calling 913-894-6500. Our staff will need a brief explanation regarding your current medical condition in order to schedule adequate time for your appointment. We will always attempt to schedule your appointment with your primary care physician. If he/she is not available, we will do our best to offer you an alternative.
After Hours	We have a physician on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for a medical condition that cannot wait until regular business hours. After hours you can reach the on-call physician by calling 913-894-6500. Follow the instructions for paging the on-call physician. There may be a charge assessed for this service.
Messages	Messages for the physician and/or nursing staff will be returned within one business day. Messages left after 4:00pm will be returned the following business day.
Refills	Medication refills should be handled during normal business hours. Medication refill requests can be faxed to 913-894-6001 or directed to your physician’s nurse. If you have not been treated within the last 90 days you may be asked to schedule an appointment with your primary care physician.
Laboratory	We have Quest/PRL laboratory services available in our office. Patients are notified of their lab results via mail, phone and/or follow up appointment.
Insurance	Our office participates with most insurance plans. However, we recommend that you contact your insurance company to ensure that coverage is available. Ultimately the patient and/or responsible party are responsible for any services incurred in our office. Our business office staff is available to assist you. Co-Pays	Co-pays are due at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, money orders, Visa and MasterCard.
Self-Pay	If you do not have insurance, self-pay pricing is available and must be paid at the time of check-in. Please contact our business office staff at 913-894-6500 to discuss self-pay pricing.
